Dr. Little is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides individual psychotherapy and assessments covering a broad range of symptoms for adults of all ages. 

Dr. Little’s psychological practice is best described as a client-centered, strength-based blend of cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, ACT and solution-focused therapies.  He leverages the efficacy of evidence-based therapies as the starting framework to target clinical symptoms, with a keen eye for adapting these focused treatments to suit each unique individual.

He works with individuals looking for help with anxiety, PTSD, weight loss/health, depression, complex grief, major life transitions, recovering from addiction, and those looking to make long-term behavioral changes. He is trained providing evidenced-based treatments for anxiety disorders (cognitive behavioral therapy [CBT]), PTSD (cognitive processing therapy [CPT]), substance use disorders (Relapse Prevention [RP], Motivational Interviewing [MI], Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention [MB-RP]), and depression (acceptance and commitment therapy [ACT], behavioral activation [BA]).

His service is based on establishing a strong therapeutic alliance, building trust, and customizing psychological services to fit the needs of all clients. His treatment goals are to help facilitate growth and change in clients to maximize potential and live life consistent with their core values.
