I care deeply about creating a space where my clients feel safe, respected, and supported. You’ll bring your personal history and current concerns; I’ll bring my clinical expertise and knowledge of evidence-based treatments. Together we will collaborate to address the issues that are bringing you to therapy, and help you make meaningful progress toward your goals, in both therapy and in life.

I have been providing clinical services since 1996 and have been licensed as a psychologist since 2002. Over the years, I have developed expertise in treating mood disorders (such as depression and bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (such as generalized anxiety and panic disorder), OCD, ADHD, Insomnia, grief, and divorce adjustment, among other stress-related issues. My primary orientation is cognitive-behavioral, and I also use insight-oriented and mindfulness meditation tools when they can be helpful. I provide diagnostic and counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults, and have worked in both in-patient hospital and outpatient settings. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons, going for long walks with our dogs, reading both fiction and non-fiction, working out at Orangetheory Fitness, and sharing good food and conversation with friends. Being of service to my clients is one of the most meaningful parts of my life.
