Hi, I’m Monica. I’m a clinical psychologist, a lover of learning, animals and all things that grow. I do depth-oriented, relational therapy. My focus is on early trauma, abuse and neglect. I see therapy as a place to explore, integrate, and understand ourselves and our relationships. It can be a place to bring pain that seems too much for others to bear with us, a place to find and befriend parts of ourselves we tend to put from mind. A place to understand how our minds and bodies are inseparable. I love this work. I see adults individually and as couples.
